Futures are excited to be partnering with a young and dynamic FMCG business, with successful brands within the Skincare and Beauty industry. The business are known for their fun, bright and innovative products, achieving over 5 million in successful sales last year! Due to continued expansion and ambitious growth plans, they are now looking to hire a Key Account Manager to help drive performance. Delivering products across Grocery, Highstreet and Discounters, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the business and really be part of its continuous growth. As a Key Account Manager, you will * Own and manage relationships with Top 4 Grocery, High Street and Discounter retailers. * Research and identify relevant retail buyers and create effective sales plan. * Develop and implement tailored account strategies to drive growth, optimise product distribution, and increase profitability. * Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform account strategy and identify new growth opportunities. What will you need? * 1 years experience within a sales role in the FMCG sector. * Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term, value-driven partnerships. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Confident working with data and proficient in tools such as Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint. * Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
