Job Description
Your responsibilities :* Record invoices and manage accounts payable;* Prepare and assemble monthly financial statements;* Process supplier payments;* Handle invoicing and follow up on accounts receivable;* Record and track customer payments;* Reconcile all accounts for each client;* Open new customer and supplier accounts;* Perform bank reconciliations;* Submit GST/QST government remittances;* Assist with month-end and year-end journal entries;* Prepare delivery notes for shipments to clients (Sales Orders);* Receive and record incoming products into inventory;* Perform any other related tasks.Your profile :College diploma (DEC) in Accounting;Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with suppliers and clients in Western Canada and the U.S.;Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;Team player with a high level of adaptability;Demonstrated autonomy, quick learner, attention to detail, and strong work ethic;Knowledge of Sage 300 (Accpac) is an asset.
