What you will do: * Own and manage your own recruitment desk, placing talent across colleges and FE institutions nationwide * Build strong relationships with colleges, working closely with them to meet staffing needs * Source, screen, and place candidates in a variety of FE roles * Develop and grow your desk, identifying new business opportunities and expanding your client base * Collaborate with a team of like-minded, driven professionals * Ensure full compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards throughout the recruitment process What you will bring: * Solid recruitment experience, preferably within Further Education or a similar sector * A passion for helping colleges find the right talent and make a real difference in education * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Strong business development abilities and a hunger to grow your desk * A results-driven, proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment This is more than just a recruitment role; it’s your chance to be part of a company that truly values your expertise, gives you the tools to succeed, and offers unlimited potential to grow your desk.
