The Store Manager plays a key role in leading the store. Achieves commercial objectives and consistently grows KPIs; Manages costs and optimizes store profitability through sales strategies. Personnel Management: Ensures optimal staff organization within the store; Participates in staff recruitment in collaboration with the People department; Develops and motivates staff, promoting career progression within the group; Ensures quality customer service following procedures; Handles complaints professionally and effectively; Maintains the store's overall presentation in collaboration with the merchandising team to improve profitability; Communicates product launch guidelines to staff and ensures proper execution. Logistics / Loss Prevention: Manages merchandise inflow and outflow; Participates in loss prevention and control efforts alongside the Profit Protection Manager; Oversees daily cash operations.
