Senior Solution Architect

Job Responsibilities Reporting to Lead Solution Architect, act as the point of contact for Enterprise Architecture for DRIVE across Factories Selling Entities and Dependencies programmes, including links between Selling Entities and RSS Acceleration programme. Support DRIVE IT Function Leads / Function Deployment Leads with solution-related queries from BT DRIVE Programme / Project Managers. Collaborate with the DRIVE Leadership team to ensure resource availability, working with the EA Lead Architects. Liaise with other EA team members for specific expertise (e.g., FinOps, CE Integrations, Data). Coordinate with functions like Engineering, Finance, Operations to understand and assess solution changes. Act as the solution governance authority across processes, platforms, systems, and applications. Ensure delivery and review of deployment phase deliverables, such as solution blueprints and design documents. Support architecture governance by identifying opportunities for system optimization. Analyze business requirements with the Business Analysis team and stakeholders to align expectations with technology capabilities. Develop the technical vision from business requirements and lead system solution development. Document platform solution architecture across process, software, data, and infrastructure. Qualifications Experience with D365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service) and Configure Price Quote solutions (e.g., eCon, Experlogix) for complex quoting scenarios. Experience with D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, product configurators, and knowledge of product configurations & BOMs. General CRM/ERP knowledge, including handoffs and integrations. Understanding of Project Management, including use of Project Management Accounting in D365 F&SCM and integration with D365 CE. Experience with document generation and management tools (Lasernet, Loftware). Understanding of product data management across ERPs and CRMs. Experience with large-scale technology projects, including planning, analysis, design, and deployment.
