Role Description Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager supports the leadership and management of the store. Responsibilities Economic Management: Ensures achievement of commercial objectives and continuous KPI growth; manages costs and optimizes store profitability through sales strategies. Staff Management: Assists the Store Manager in optimal staff organization; participates in staff recruitment; develops and motivates staff, promoting career progression within the group. Customer Service: Ensures high-quality customer service in accordance with procedures; handles complaints effectively and professionally. Visual Merchandising: Ensures the overall presentation of the store collaborates with the visual merchandising team to improve profitability; verifies correct execution of product launch guidelines. Logistics / Loss Prevention: Manages goods ingress and egress; actively participates in loss prevention and control; manages daily cash register operations. Requirements Previous experience managing structured retail outlets, preferably in dynamic and multinational environments. Good knowledge of English. Leadership and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
