Logistic Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities Manage warehouse operations and product distribution in line with company policies and vision. Oversee check-in, warehousing, distribution, and overall warehouse activities. Implement innovations and process improvements in logistics. Lead and develop the warehouse team, ensuring achievement of goals. Manage order processing to meet delivery quality, productivity, and timeliness targets. Supervise daily warehouse activities, including space management and equipment utilization. Ensure performance, quality, and productivity through KPI measurement. Oversee cost and asset management, including budget planning and expense control. Manage stock levels and inventory. Maintain warehouse equipment and monitor security procedures in collaboration with external agencies. Ensure data accuracy and timeliness in reports via internal WMS and IS. Lead staffing processes, including recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to stock, handling, and transport of goods. Maintain health and safety standards, including SOPs and legislative compliance. Job Requirements At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of warehouse, logistics, and supply chain processes. Proven management and leadership skills. Fluent in English (C1 level) and Italian. Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge. Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment. Autonomy, responsibility, and resilience under pressure.
