EMEA Project Manager – IT Services Location: Madrid, Spain Type: FTC Work Mode -Hybrid Experience: 5 years in IT Project Management Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead global infrastructure service delivery projects across the EMEA region. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, working with offshore providers, and ensuring successful implementation of IT infrastructure and cloud services. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end service delivery for assigned IT projects. Ensure SLA compliance and maintain high customer satisfaction. Align business needs with the IT service catalog offerings. Identify and resolve project issues to meet performance and financial goals. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and drive timely delivery. Required Skills Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s in IT or related field PMP (preferred), SCRUM (optional), ITIL v3 certified Experience: 5 years in IT Project Management Global project rollout and outsourcing experience Technical Skills: Knowledge of cloud services ( AWS, Azure ), data center infrastructure, and ITIL/ITSM frameworks Experience in Waterfall & Agile delivery models Familiarity with Google Workspace and enterprise technologies (Cisco UCS, EMC, HP, etc.) Soft Skills: Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a multicultural, high-pressure environment Autonomous, collaborative, and service-oriented mindset
