Information Technology Project Manager

IT Infrastructure Project Manager Madrid | Hybrid 83zero are looking for an IT Project Manager to lead IT infrastructure service delivery across EMEA for a global IT Consultancy. In this position you will join a global consultancy supporting enterprise-scale transformation projects. You’ll be the key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination of internal teams, vendors, and service providers to deliver high-impact infrastructure solutions. What You’ll Do Lead infrastructure service delivery for regional IT projects Act as the single point of contact for business stakeholders Coordinate internal teams, managed service providers, and third-party vendors Ensure timely, on-budget project execution aligned with SLAs Collaborate with architects to design non-standard solutions Oversee service transition and operational handover Report on project status, risks, and financials Drive continuous improvement and service excellence Promote Health & Safety standards across all initiatives ✅ What You Bring 5 years of experience in IT project management Proven track record in global rollouts and outsourced environments Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure), data center infrastructure, and ITIL/ITSM best practices Experience managing infrastructure projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills PMP certification (required); SCRUM and ITIL v3 (preferred) Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages a plus Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment with strong autonomy Nice to Have Experience with Cisco UCS, EMC, HP, and other enterprise-grade infrastructure Familiarity with Google Workspace tools Background in service catalog management and SLA-driven environments Ready to lead infrastructure transformation across EMEA?
