Project Manager Automation Anywhere

Job Title: Project Manager – Automation Anywhere Location: San Francisco Bay Area (Onsite) Duration: Long term contract Job Summary: Intersources Inc. is looking for a Project Manager with expertise in Automation Anywhere to lead and oversee Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives . The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end automation projects , ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and seamless integration of Automation Anywhere solutions into business processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Automation Anywhere RPA projects from initiation to deployment. Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics . Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution . Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution to ensure on-time delivery. Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and reporting for automation projects. Facilitate requirements gathering, process discovery, and automation design workshops . Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards for automation solutions. Track and report on project progress, ROI, and automation impact to leadership. Stay updated on Automation Anywhere advancements and best practices. Qualifications: 5 years of experience in project management , with at least 2 years in RPA/automation projects . Proven track record managing end-to-end Automation Anywhere implementations . Strong knowledge of RPA methodologies, lifecycle, and process optimization . Experience working with cross-functional teams in IT, business operations, and automation development. Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies . Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, or Monday.com). Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills .
