Who We’re Looking For: ➔ Disciplined and motivated Loan Officers and Mortgage Loan Originators ➔ Must hold NMLS license in New York (other states welcomed) ➔ Two or more years of experience in loan origination preferred. ➔ Knowledge of conventional and government guidelines. ➔ Knowledge of processing, underwriting, and closing procedures. ➔ Teamwork and customer service oriented ➔ Self-motivated & highly organized and out of the box thinkers ➔ Professional and effective interpersonal skills.
