Academic Mentor (Secondary) Are you an experienced, passionate, and strategic Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO) ready to make a significant impact? As SENCO, you will be at the heart of driving the school’s inclusive strategy. You will oversee the identification, planning, and support for students with a wide range of needs, from primary through to sixth form. You’ll lead a committed team of teaching assistants and specialists, collaborating with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure every child has the tools they need to thrive.
