A renowned client serving cafés, businesses, and home brewers through their wholesale platform and e-commerce store is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Engineer to lead their engineering department, which services customers' coffee equipment. This position is based in East London. Role Overview: The Lead Engineer will be responsible for driving growth, development, and profitability within the engineering department. This role involves coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service for wholesale clients, and mentoring a technical support representative.
