IT Team Lead

Reed Technology is working with a fantastic client on an exclusive basis, as they look to add an IT Team Lead to manage a small team and the company's internal bespoke systems, including stock management and Office 365. This role requires a hands-on technical professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is adept at maintaining high internal service standards. Day-to-day of the role: Manage a team of IT professionals, ensuring efficient operation and support across the organisation. Oversee and maintain internal bespoke systems including stock management and Office 365. Ensure compliance with group policies and report into the wider group management. Handle technical issues directly, such as fixing printers and other hardware, as well as troubleshooting software problems. Utilise PowerBI for data analysis to support business improvement initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably leading a team. Strong experience with Windows environments. Proficient with Office 365, including SharePoint and Teams. Hands-on technical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a personable and patient approach to internal customer service. Experience with Power BI and an interest in using data to support business improvements would be an advantage. Microsoft 365 certification is highly desirable.Benefits: Salary up to £45.000 / annum, based on experience and qualifications. On-site working model, with working hours from 8.30am to 5pm.
