Carpenter/Multi

Social Housing Contractor looking for a Carpenter/Multi to join the Repairs Team. The role will be covering predominantly North London. The successful candidate will be carrying out repairs and maintenance in Social Housing properties. This is a mobile role and therefore a full UK Driving Licence will be required. The client will provide a Van, Fuel Card and uniform to complete your duties. Duties will include: - Hanging doors - Door frame repair/renew - Window frames UPVC/wood - Glazing - Locks and latches, forced entries - Kitchen Unit worktops - Bath panel stud work - Skirting and architraves - Forced entry - Staircase repairs - Flooring repair/renew - Painting, basic plumbing, replacing tiles, patch plaster Successful candidates will be required to provide an Asbestos Awareness certificate before they can start the role.
