This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and motivated Sous Chef who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen environment and is passionate about working with premium, locally sourced ingredients. What You’ll Do: * Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations * Contribute to the planning and execution of seasonal menus * Ensure the highest standards of food preparation, quality, and presentation * Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff * Maintain hygiene standards and health & safety compliance * Manage stock levels, assist with ordering, and reduce waste * Take the lead in the Head Chef’s absence * Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to deliver exceptional guest experiences What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or private household * Strong leadership and communication skills * Excellent culinary skills and eye for detail * A solid understanding of modern cooking techniques and industry trends * Ability to remain calm and consistent under pressure * Knowledge of food safety regulations and best kitchen practices Desirable: * Previous experience working in a luxury or fine dining environment * Formal culinary training or qualifications
