This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced chef who thrives in a high-end culinary environment and takes pride in producing beautifully presented, seasonal dishes. What You’ll Do: * Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard within your section * Take full responsibility for your section during service * Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organisation in line with hygiene standards * Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations * Support and mentor junior kitchen staff * Contribute new ideas for dishes and menu enhancements * Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to ensure exceptional service during busy periods and special events What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury restaurant, hotel, or private household * A genuine passion for quality cuisine and fresh, seasonal ingredients * Excellent time management and organisational abilities * Strong attention to detail and a desire to consistently exceed expectations * Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced kitchen * Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 3 desirable)
