Your journey begins here. YOUR MISSION Build our global Last Mile On Demand business line, focusing on delivery solutions for restaurants with their own ordering channels. Lead daily operations across 3-4 countries, collaborating with various teams, and balancing detailed problem-solving with strategic decision-making. THE JOURNEY Own operations and projects in 3-4 countries, mainly SWE and ECA Based at HQ with 1-2 weeks of travel per month Ensure operational excellence and transform partner needs into insights Define and implement operational processes for scalability Collaborate with core business teams Make data-driven decisions influencing product development Monitor KPIs and stakeholder visibility WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or engineering 2-3 years in fast-paced environments; experience in on-demand delivery is a plus Data analysis, reporting, financial acumen Knowledge of tools like Looker, Excel, SQL (plus) Autonomous, proactive, and hands-on approach Strong organizational and multitasking skills under pressure Leadership in operational projects Excellent communication skills We value diverse profiles and encourage candidates even if they don’t meet all criteria, as skills can be learned.
