Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: SAP SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expert 122518 As a SAP SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expert (SME) , you will be an integral part of the IT Global HR Portfolio Team supporting SAP SuccessFactors and other Global HR Systems. Your main responsibilities include contributing to and advising on the implementation and evolution of SAP modules and other Global HR SaaS applications. Success in this role requires understanding customer requirements and recommending design and configuration improvements. You will ensure alignment with business needs, act as an interface with the Global HR Technology team, and handle system configuration and coordination with other IT teams. Your role As a SAP SuccessFactors SME, your main responsibilities will involve: Collaborate with Global and local HR teams to implement, maintain, and enhance SuccessFactors functionalities aligned with the Global HR Systems Portfolio and Zurich’s IT strategy. Partner with Applications Support to manage overall SF system administration for implemented modules, including documentation, impact analysis, change management, and defect resolution for modules like Talent & Development, Performance and Goals, Recruitment Management, and Marketing. Also oversee other non-SAP systems. Participate in the implementation of new systems and modules, ensuring clear IT deliverables and performing quality checks on configurations, permissions, integrations, and security assessments. Coordinate with suppliers and HR to implement SAP updates, ensuring understanding and proper deployment. Provide recommendations for improvements and decommissioning when appropriate. Serve as a liaison between HR CoEs, Global HR Technology, and IT for your responsibilities. Your Skills and Experience Ideal qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), preferably with an IT background, and 3 years of experience supporting SuccessFactors in multinational environments. Extensive hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Talent and Development modules; familiarity with Performance and Goals, Recruitment, Employee Central, and other modules is a plus. Experience with integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise HR systems (SAP HCM, ServiceNow) and non-HR applications; SAP Cloud Platform integrations are advantageous. Results-driven, proactive, and capable of managing challenging situations effectively. Experience working in multicultural, virtual team environments with high intercultural awareness and teamwork skills. Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
