IT Service Desk (for 3 months)

To replace a colleague from the beginning of June to the end of August , we are looking for an IT Support to join our team of 5 team members in Zellik. You'll be responsible for supporting 11 automotive inspection stations and 4 exam centres from A.I.B.V. Responsibilities include: Answering incidents and problems. Providing support. Troubleshooting printer issues. Installing software in Zellik and other locations. etc. Experience in IT and IT support Windows domain environment and recent Windows operating systems Server and network technologies Active Directory Understanding of networking concepts, including IPv4, routing Ability to clearly describe and diagnose technical issues Fluency in French and Dutch (oral and written) and proficiency in English. Strong Team player. Good communication and strong phone skills and ability to handle customer inquiries. Possession of a valid driver's license (category B). Working hours : 6h45 to 15u15 or 8u30 h to 17 h, changing from week to week to be agreed among collegues. Friendly atmosphere in a growing company (450 employees).
