Job Title: Customer Service & Admin Officer Location: Colwyn Bay (on-site) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (contract option available) Salary: £24,334 per year Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (37.5 hours/week) Overview: We’re working with a well-established and growing organisation in the enforcement services sector that is looking to expand its internal support team due to new contract wins. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and professional environment where you'll be helping manage sensitive case information and assisting customers with debt resolution and guidance.
