Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere for customers, reflecting the brand's image and style. Ensure that every customer receives personalized assistance and guidance. Address customer feedback and concerns promptly and effectively. Sales and Performance Management: Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them, focusing on maximizing revenue and profitability. Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth. Train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional sales performance and customer service. Visual Merchandising: Implement visual merchandising guidelines to create visually appealing displays that highlight our products and collections. Regularly refresh displays and layouts to maintain visual interest and drive sales. Ensure that the store environment reflects current fashion trends and seasonal themes. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize shrinkage. Coordinate with headquarters or suppliers to replenish inventory as needed. Monitor product mix and make recommendations for adjustments based on sales performance and customer demand. Staff Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff, ensuring that they embody the brand's values and standards. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support staff development and performance improvement. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity. Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including those related to health and safety. Manage store expenses and budgets effectively, optimizing resources to achieve financial targets. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including back-of-house areas. Communication and Reporting: Communicate regularly with senior management regarding store performance, challenges, and opportunities. Generate reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators to track progress and inform decision-making. Requirements: Must have matric 3 years retail experience supervisor or management roles Experience in apparel volume fashion retail 5 staffing.
