IT Technician Area: Rooihuiskraal Centurion Support Microsoft desktop operating systems & office software. Basic knowledge of Microsoft server 2008 or above. Knowledge of networks, MS 365 & antivirus software. A, N, MCP an adv. Customer service oriented individual. Own reliable transport valid drivers license essential Duties Provide technical support and assistance to staff Install software, hardware and assist with network issues Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems Install and configure computers and peripherals Update software Respond to help desk tickets, emails, and phone calls
