We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a BI Tech Lead.

We are seeking an experienced Tech/Project Lead with extensive expertise in Business Intelligence (BI), specifically focused on Data Warehousing (DW) technologies, including proficiency in GCP BigQuery and Google Looker reporting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading BI projects and teams, with a strong background in delivering high-impact BI solutions.

Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
*+8 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing, with a proven track record of leading BI projects and teams.
*Expertise in GCP BigQuery and Google Looker reporting tools, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing BI solutions.
*Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
*ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST
*Location: Guadalajara. Hybrid mode.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage BI projects from conception to completion, including project planning, resource allocation, and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of BI analysts and developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Architect and design scalable and efficient data warehouse solutions, leveraging GCP BigQuery and Google Looker reporting tools to extract, transform, and visualize data.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment of BI solutions with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in BI processes, methodologies, and technologies, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional growth and development.
• Act as a moderator between technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating technical concepts and insights to drive informed decision-making.
