Job Description:

The cabi outlet is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Outlet Store Manager to create and execute the daily business operations of a better contemporary women’s clothing retail store. Location is at the Chicago Premium Outlets in Aurora, IL. This is a two month, temporary position from mid-November to mid-January.

Responsibilities include revenue generation, expense control, customer service, logistics, personnel management and the development and execution of sales and marketing plans. Experience in an outlet environment with comparable brands a plus. Position includes Profit and Loss responsibility for the store, and the manager will be responsible for all daily operations. cabi is an energetic & high-touch work environment with a focus on relationships and teamwork.

Some of the additional responsibilities include:

- Creating a unique customer service experience
- Hiring qualified sales associates and developing store sales incentive plans
- Gathering and maintaining pertinent financial data for weekly/monthly and annual financial analysis
- Maintaining an accurate inventory management system
- Merchandising, order management, and operations excellence
